  There was no line. I ordered clearly and it was repeated correctly and they got my order wrong. I only ordered two drinks. The staff obviously did not like working there and were rude.

  This has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the franchise.
  They are constantly out of products and I don't mean obscure seasonal items I mean things like plain bagels, hot chocolate Boston creme donuts. Nine times out of ten whatever I order needs to be changed because they don't have it. The staff just does not care , they act as if they are only there for the pay check, customer service is definitely not a priority. Very unprofessional at times. It's very frustrating for me as I love Dunkin Donuts in general but the one closest to my home ( this one) is constantly a disappointment.
