  Ordered 6 oz steak well done. It was pink. They took it back and server compensated my wait with a cup of soup. Steak was well done and delicious.

  Took almost 20 minutes to get our order placed let alone our drink order. Very slow service, waiters stood around and did not pay any attention. When the food came my chicken was hardly done. My girlfriends burger was pink (ordered medium well) and they complely forgot my side. The cook came out to talk and he was very rude and defensive. Waste of money and horrible food/service.

  This place was so overcrowded on Saturday night around 6pm. They do not have pagers or a lot of seating to wait. They did however only take 10-15 minutes to get me a table as promised. I enjoyed my triple decker appetizer meal but my friend couldn't get her ribs because they ran out!

  Poor service I have come here on various occasions, and they always mess up my loaded fries I ask for no bacon and they always have to remake it. Last time I waited nearly an hour and the manager came out and said sorry and that it would be on the house. Ok fine I pay my bill and I see the fries were not taken off! I didn't say anything I just paid and left I even tipped more than 15% I can not eat pork! For religious reasons smh just overall bad service food is good just need to get there act together!
